Polo
About
The Skidmore Polo club offers the opportunity for any level of rider to learn a new equine discipline, including those with no riding experience at all. Those who have never ridden before can start on our beginner team that teaches horsemanship as well as polo and those who have riding experience learn polo through our JV program. Both levels are given the opportunity to eventually move up to the varsity level. Varsity players are given the opportunity to compete against other collegiate polo teams and/or to play non-competitively against other polo players in the community.
Varsity practice times: Tues/Thurs 5:45-7:45
JV practice times: Mon/Wed 5:45-7:45
Beginner practice time: Fri 4:30-6:00
