Anime Club

With the rising popularity of Japanese animation in the US, the Skidmore Anime Club exists to provide a resource for those who wish to find out more about this growing medium, spread awareness of anime as an art form, discuss how it may reflect Japanese popular culture, and support it as a source of entertainment and community at Skidmore College. We meet every week to watch and discuss anime. The shows we watch are democratically selected, with movie screenings and special trips taking place a few times every semester.
